I have a question regarding an issue apparently involving electricity/rates, but I am not sure it involves Midwest Electric or not. Perhaps you could enlighten me. At the voting booth yesterday, I first learned of something known as an "Electricity Aggregation Levy" for Allen County. I see in today's newspaper that the levy passed. What is this for, who does it affect, and how? I do not recall any information being published prior to election day. Thank you.

I am not liking these smart meters, I have read they give off radiation, very unhealthy, also a person's electric bill goes up significantly because you can control it in peak periods and charge people more. Also, it is a surveillance vehicle to know everything about what a person does.
