Builders and Contractors

Educating professionals on energy efficiency

Midwest Electric understands the important role builders and contractors (HVAC, insulation, etc) have when it comes to the energy efficiency of your home. After all, your cost of home ownership is more than just your monthly mortgage, insurance and taxes. Your monthly energy bills are part of the cost of home ownership, and they are a direct result of the decisions made by you and your builder and contractor. That’s why we work hard to educate builders and contractors on the importance of construction practices that result in energy efficiency.

We regularly host professional seminars. We send out educational materials. And we take a number of phone calls from builders and contractors who want help calculating estimated heating & cooling costs and other information.
